More specifically the institutional challenges to implementing substantial policies around diversity, equity, and inclusion. This episode was inspired by numerous conversations I’ve had with Kelle Marsalis, IOM, CCE from the Plano Chamber in Texas, So, Ive invited her along with Tony Vedda, IOM, CCE from the North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
