Join me in episode 5 as I share my personal story of the time I broke my neck in 2016. This story has impacted me in so many ways, but primarily it catapulted my spiritual health! Sometimes when we get reminded of just how precious life is and how easy it can be taken from us, our whole entire mindset and perspective on life can change or alter. I also share this story with you to demonstrate for you how we can continue to practice gratitude even amidst the trials that we may face.
