When I started this podcast with Thelma I really wanted to make a platform for people to be free to speak their minds. Our guest on this podcast is Nuala Burgess, and to be honest, she speaks her mind, and it's really good.

Nuala is passionate about education, and Thelma is a retired headteacher - it's a great conversation, and we cover a lot of ground.

By the way, in the title I say Part 1, not because we have a Part 2, but because this is a huge subject which I am sure we will return to.
