Welcome along to the least Christmassy Christmas show you’ll ever listen to. Not a sleigh, jingle or bell in sight. What there is though, is 47 tunes in just over 2 hours. We often struggle to record together these days, so this was a real treat. What we ended up with was 2 mixes, a few of my favourites from this year to open, a 3From an LP released this month, 3 new tracks as closers and an Evolve selected Last One. Evolve’s mix takes you from around 1998 to 2021, driven by a few tracks from the monumental ‘Hard Times’ LP released in 2008 on DNAudio interspersed with some of his faves from this last 20+ years. Mine is a full on party mix, with tracks ranging from 1997 right up to this month. A lively selection of classic tunes blended with what’s new and funky. A shout to the Eruption family as ever.
