In this episode Wildrunners Colin and Dan are joined by Age group OCR racer Jay Ladbrooke. Jay talks to us about his back issues that resulted in him requiring surgery. He tells us how he hasn't let this stop him doing the things he enjoys doing and even competed competitive age group races at last years Spartan Race.
