While the water is coming to a boil, put sugar and lemon juice into a glass pitcher. Once water is boiling, strain out the lavender. Add the hot water to pitcher of sugar and lemon juice. Add vodka to pitcher with water. Add ice and additional water if needed. If desired lavender lacquer can be added. Enjoy!
