As everyone prepared to get out of town for the last gasp of summer on #TheUpdate this Friday, those attending outdoor parties or barbecues in New York City this weekend may find an uninvited guest looming over their festivities: a police drone. A member of the violent MS-13 street gang has pleaded guilty for his part in the murders of four people in New York, including two teenage girls who were attacked with a machete and baseball bats on a suburban Long Island street seven years ago. And food ads have long made their subjects look bigger, juicier and crispier than they are in real life.
