Erin entered my world as a client a while back. I quickly became a client of hers when I went into the void & darkness of perimenopause. I had no idea what the heck happened to my body, my life, my emotions and it felt as if the woman I once knew no longer existed.

Erin is an integrative women’s health practitioner with a passion for women’s hormones and their feminine systems. She sees the direct link between our hormones and our vitality as women and when women understand this link, they uncover their essence, vision, mission, and connection.

She works with women moving through PMS and period challenges as well as perimenopause and menopause. Erin is a certified nutritional consultant, integrative and functional medicine for women practitioner, and weaves in her own spirit-led guidance with her clients.

In this episode, Erin shares her scientific and energetic expertise on women and hormones. She is a plethora of knowledge that brings awareness & understanding. So many women are misdiagnosed with chronic illness and disease, when in fact, their hormones are changing.

We openly share our experiences, what helped and how to embrace these changes, our cycles, and clear shame around these ever-changing cycles, we as women go through.
