It was a cold Thursday in January a few years ago when she packed her bags and walked out of her marriage for good. Gloria was with a toxic and manipulative partner for nearly 15 years, but it was only the last 6 months of that relationship did she realize she was being psychologically abused. Gloria had done her inner work and (much like me) felt strong, empowered and free and made it her mission to help as many women as possible break free from the mind- f*cking manipulations of a narcissistic partner.
