On episode 121 I am delighted to be joined by Marc Steutel, GB Senior Men's & Newcastle Eagles Head Coach. This episode was recorded live from Newcastle in March 2023 prior to their home game vs London Lions.

We discuss all things coaching; deciding to pursue coaching full time, managing people and perceptions, Newcastle and GB Men's teams, his approach at the Eurobasket and so much more. He also explains his three main values Empathy, Honesty and Authenticity

Marc was extremely generous with his time at Newcastle Eagles and welcomed me to team training sessions before a home league game vs London Lions. I can't thank him and the Newcastle Eagles organisation for their warm welcome and look forward to hopefully returning soon.
