Bill Spence, he is a third generation Arizona native born and raised in Tempe. Bill retired from the US Navy as a Lieutenant Commander as a Nuclear Engineering Officer after serving nearly 24 years on seven submarines and two aircraft carriers. Bill is an avid hiker whose list of adventures include summiting Mt.
