A drifter in New Orleans finds himself caught in a deadly game. As he helps Nat search for her father, Chance discovers that men are being killed in for sport by rich and powerful bad guys who pay to hunt them! Chance gets caught in their cross fire but soon turns the tide against them and sends them to their own gruesome end. Jean-Claude Van Damme stars in legendary director John Woo's first Hollywood film, Hard Target.
