In this episode I am taking the time to celebrate my 200th episode which is a pretty big milestone. I share my thoughts on that and what I want to focus on in upcoming episodes on the podcast. I also appeal to you , the listener, to give me feedback on what you want to hear more about.
In addition to that, I explain why I am focusing on preparing people emotionally and mentally for the upcoming election by hosting conversations about this in the community. I truly believe this is how we can all take back our personal power and that we must take responsibility for our emotional and mental health because it impacts the people around us.
So if you are worried about your candidate losing the election and dwelling in negativity over politics and the current state of the world, you definitely want to take time to listen to this episode.
To be clear, we are not talking about politics here. I am inspiring you to approach all of it from the power of community and collaboration and to step into leadership energy to have a ripple effect on the people around you.
I am not talking about trying to get other people to change their points of view and being angry with them because they won't.
