In today’s episode we discuss the many historical uses that are still relevant today of the lovely Lemon Balm.
Melissa officinalis contains nerol which is similar to the nerolic acid found in Nasonov pheromones which is emitted by worker bees to attract bees back to the hive as well as by the queen when she feels the need to make the hive feel safe and calm.
