We have re branded!! after around 5 years of running "A Cup Of Tea With Rick G" we have now fled the nest and are delighted to tell you that the podcast is now called "The New Era Property Podcast"

The show will now be more interactive - and current with guests from the industry and I am super pleased to tell you that I will be joined on each show by my amazing Wife and partner in crime - Lorraine Gannon.
