Nate welcomes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Matt Martindale, to the show. Matt is a co-owner of the Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy and teaches a variety of classes there. He is also a Physical Education teacher in Oneonta and is a Worcester CSD graduate. Hear about how popular this sport has become in our local area.
