CPS Employee Rhonda Harris cleared him of molestation, he was never charged or indicted.Raphael states that Tammy’s parents used racial names toward him. Not Investigated Tammy’s mother supposedly collected a large sum of cash from children’s Wrongful Death Insurance Policies.The attorney representing Raphael in lower court trial attended high school with Tammy’s mother.The Appellate attorneys turned against Raphael in efforts to cover up their negligence.Lawyers lied and stated that Raphael was charged and indicted of molesting a 7 year old child.
