The Mysteria Podcast

This is the premiere episode of a solo series that will discuss the concepts, ideas, and challenges that are contended with while on the path to developing and executing optimal performance. This series is about winning. In order to win, you must have an open mind and develop creativity in your unique approach to crafting the tools that you will use to reach new levels of success.

My goal with this series is to accomplish three things: (i) collecting and sharing a wide variety of information and tools from many sources, for the purpose of (ii) describing efficient and practical use of the knowledge and tools so that, you the listener, can immediately implement them into your life as you see fit. Lastly, (iii) to pull back the curtain on the processes that I undertake towards developing my mindset, skills, and attributes to achieve success in my life.

The four components of the self (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) will be explored throughout the series. Consider interoceptive awareness and introspection when listening to these episodes. Success is simply the outward expression of the deep internal forces and instincts that you possess, driven by attributes, traits, and behaviour.
