In a recent statement by Hans Christian Holte Director of NAV states we are lacking 53 000 employees in different industries today.
In addition, we know Norway has a big challenge when it comes to recruitment of tech talent with a shortage of 40,000 IT professionals by 2030. The competition for the best global talent is a tough one!
