Let's talk about the "women's jobs" in pro sports, what coaches and athletes can do to support more women working in their teams or clubs, experiences of homophobia and outings, and what our responsibility is as white people to amplify BIPOC platforms, voices, and people into positions of influence in a white-washed industry that profits from athlete bodies.
