Circuit Court of Appeals' unanimous (per curium) decision that Trump does not have executive privileged immunity for his actions relating to alleged election interference in 2020 and 2021. Our legal team gives opinions as to what will happen with Trump's request for a hearing from the entire D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals (hearing en banc) and his request for hearing by #SCOTUS.

We also discuss the shocking conviction in Michigan v. Crumbley, for the mother of the school shooter. After trial, a jury found her guilty of 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter even though she never did the shooting herself. Find out why the jury may have ruled that way and why the legal team thinks some of the trial evidence should not have been presented.
