This week, New Mexico's Governor #MichelleLujanGrisham issued a 30-day ban on firearms in Albuquerque and its surrounding county, calling it an emergency public health order. New Mexico's Attorney General has refused to defend the Governor in the multiple lawsuits that have followed. In this episode, we discuss whether the Governor can issue such an order and whether it violates our fundamental 2nd Amendment right to bear arms.

Also this week, federal Georgia Judge Steve Jones denied #MarkMeadows motion to move his criminal case from state to federal court. After hearing testimony from #MarkMeadows, #JudgeSteveJones issued a ruling that characterized Mark Meadow's admitted behaviors as outside the scope of his employment responsibilities as #donaldtrump 's Chief of Staff.

Finally, there are multiple calls for impeachments across the country, including current impeachment proceedings against Texas Attorney General #KenPaxton and President #JoeBiden. We discuss the terms and stages of impeachment and whether either will work.
