Please watch and listen to Episode 75 of The Lebanese Physicians' Podcast with the founders of the platform Mind-Easy, Alexandra Assouad, CEO, Dalia Ahmed, Chief Clinical Officer, and Akanksha Shelat, Chief Technology Officer. In this episode, we discuss the start-up company Mind-Easy that was developed by the 3 co-founders who came from different cultural backgrounds to North America and found it hard to find culturally sensitive mental health services as they were adapting to their new homes. With their backgrounds in finance, clinical psychology, and computer science, they developed Mind-Easy. This platform currently offers culturally sensitive, adaptive, and preventative mental health services to multiple companies, schools, and colleges. Employees can log in, and depending on their mood, they are offered different ways to cope with their emotions and overcome hardship in multiple different languages. Using AI, these offerings adapt to the employees' moods and feelings during that particular week. The goal is to prevent the development of mental health disorders.
