- trained 10s of 1,000s of people in brain based learning methods
- founded two training businesses
- written the sell-out book Neuroscience for Learning and Development (amongst others)

- write articles, blogs and whitepapers to change perceptions
- lead a team of learning specialists to restore the connection between learning and business
- lead a research project with the University of Antwerp to ensure learning transfer
- work with technology to enable learning and drive performance
