When life is happening through me, I have the sense of being used in the best way, of being put to work in the best way.”

He is, to me, a friend, a mentor, a teacher, and an overall amazing human being who just speaks to our audience on so many levels and always is able to leave us with insights that are very useful not only in our roles as leaders, but in life in general.

Tommy Rosen is one of the pioneers in the field of yoga and recovery assisting others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds. As the founder of Recovery 2.0, Tommy authored a book by the same name which has become a best seller in its category. I see it as a modern-day manual for coping with any addictive behavior and for living on a path of discovery.
