The Knicks Recap: A New York Knicks Podcast

The New York Knicks can offer both Jalen Brunson & Julius Randle contract extensions this summer to lock them down for the long-term. While Jalen Brunson will likely receive a contract extension, it makes more sense for him to wait before extending with NY. But reports are indicating that Brunson & the Knicks will come to an agreement this summer, allowing NY maximum flexibility. Unfortunately for Randle, though he can receive an extension, his injuries along with lack of a playoff presence this year will likely lead to an extension being considered next summer. Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau is also up for a contract extension this offseason, with all signs indicating he’ll remain the Knicks head coach for many years… Troy Mahabir breaks all of this down!
