Today’s conversation, with my guest Megan Allen focuses on energy medicine, our etheric bodies, chakras, and personal transformation based upon the natural elements. She also takes us on a powerful chakra meditation about 2/3rds of the way through the show.

Megan is an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, a medical reiki master and certified massage therapist, based in California. Her work focuses on a holistic approach to health, helping clients re-align the body’s natural energies, with that of the cycles of nature, the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine and our seven chakras of the Indian Yogic traditions.

Her mission is to inspire her client’s personal growth and healing. She calls it an Inside job, in which she tailors her sessions to meet the emotional, mental, and physical needs of everyone she works with. She also facilitates a course called Wild Woman Activation.

She incorporates tools from varied traditions including traditional Chinese medicine, tarot, crystal work, essential oils, animal medicine and a deep connection to the natural realm.
