Dancing with joy

In this episode of the Joy Podcast with Rosemary Sambora, join Rosemary and her guest Pam Brown, as they explore joy and happiness and how they might be different, joy being more long-lasting and happiness more transient. Joy is to be found in continual positive actions or habits, such as attending church, reading Scripture, meditation, dancing, laughing with family, having a relationship with God/Jehovah/Higher Power/Ultimate Reality/Holy Energy, and looking back on good childhood memories. If we focus and think about it, we can find lots of ways that we can bring more joy into the world. And bringing joy might involve stepping out of ourselves, stretching our comfort zone(s). We can then make our joy contagious. Is there a mind-body connection to joy? Listen and find out.
