The democratization of luxury has meant that luxury is not exclusive but inclusive. For legacy brands heritage is important. However, brands can no longer rest on their laurels and need to connect to today’s millennial and gen Z consumers by using heritage and technology as powerful storytelling tools. The traditional brick & mortar model is undergoing a transforming itself and moving to unified commerce or new retail. This virtual panel discussion aims at an IDEA EXCHANGE between a member of the royal family of Kapurthala and the man who brought Louis Vuitton to India. He is not just a high net worth individual but a heritage conservationist and an art revivalist as well. He will be joined by the CEO of India leading corporate jeweller & a third-generation family jeweller.
