Rejection hurts there is no question about that, but did you know that your brain remembers past rejection and feels the pain of it 5x more than physical pain like breaking an arm? Ouch! Plus rejection meant death to our ancient ancestors. Yes! So this is the reason we freak out or resist putting ourselves in situations that could potentially lead to feeling rejection and being told no.
This shows up in our businesses sometimes as not making our offers consistently to our audience, not doing LIVEs or not putting our content or ourselves out there as we should to bring in new clients. In today's episode we dive into rejection, what it is, where it comes from and some steps you can use to overcome it when you may be feeling stuck because of this fear.
