In this episode, Ronnie introduces James, a Simple Quarters acquisitions manager. James is sometimes the person who goes to the properties to meet the home sellers face-to-face.
Ronnie and James talk about the importance of knowing who actually comes to see your property. Many companies will send multiple people, sometimes multiple times. It can cause a lot of stress and chaos, and you may not know who is there for what digging into your personal property. With Simple Quarters, James or some other team member will usually the be the only person to come look at your property only once to make a deal.
James & Ronnie share stories how James likes to keep in touch and build good relationships with clients. So although James may only need to come to your property one time, he has built long-standing relationships with different clients to help them with personal and property needs.
