I've known Zachary Croxen for about 8 years. We met at a leadership development program and have kept in touch since. Zach owns a printing business in the Vancouver area. We mainly confronted the challenges and realities of being a business owner, and how it's important that as an individual you have to find your own path not compare yourself to the success (or failure) of others along your journey. We also chatted about the relationship between sports mentality and business, owning a home, and surrounding yourself with the right people.
