We kick off with the return of a friendly face as Teya (Austria 2023) pops by as she prepares to tour with both Eurovision 2024 winner Nemo, and Czech artist Aiko. She also gives us an insight into how songwriting camps can help produce the next generation of Eurovision entries, and how she's preparing to pack ahead of two months on the road.

Rob also shares some more information about the BBC's selection process for Switzerland, before we reunite with Irish Co-Head of Delegation Michael Kealy. He explains how he hopes to keep his nation on the left-hand side of the scoreboard in Basel, how he shortlists entries once the submission window closes, and why he's more hopeful than ever of a standalone national final in 2026.
