Today we'll be conducting a pre-mortem on your business. You're probably familiar with a postmortem: An examination which determines a person or animal's cause of death. A premortem is the opposite. It serves works to find the problems that will cause the death of a person or animal that that given time.
Auditing your business is one of the best ways to become aware of your blind spots and find the cause of problems in your business.
