We talked about how Libby works with astrology, Human Design, and Mother Earth to support herself and her clients in practicing soul level self-care. She shared ideas for practicing self-care by flowing with the moon phases and signs, focusing on the Solar Plexus or emotional center in your Human Design chart, and how to find your unique sacred spot in nature based on your HD type.
