As we navigate our way through Aries season, when better to connect with the elemental energy of fire and with one of the emotions most closely associated with fire: Rage.
Rage is and can be a powerful force, and maybe that's why our world is so keen to keep it under wraps, encouraging us to feel scared or ashamed of our own anger.
Yet journeying through that fear and shame to understand and befriend our true rage can bring us so much; insight into our passions and unhealed sadness; an understanding of the societal messaging in us that still needs to be unpicked; and perhaps most importantly of all the fire that ignites our drive to change the world.
