This guy's intro about himself was so interesting we didn't have time for an article!

Derick Johnson tells us how he does not only body training, but re-training your mind. Most of us are on auto-pilot throughout the day. We check the news and social, we watch some videos, we light up a cigarette, we pace around the house, whatever it may be. He helps people realize this, and then re-program their brains with healthier habits.

He teaches people that they have 6 human needs, and each of us prioritizes two of them. He helps people focus on that instead of being all over the place.

His unfiltered tough-love approach is because he wants to see his people win - and they come out of it with more self-confidence.

Finally, he encourages people to get more specific with their goals to achieve them. Too many people are stuck in a rut, so I help this episode helps change that!
