The First Fridays Devotion is a pious practice of Catholics dating back to the 17th century. The devotion is also called the Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We introduce you to French visionary St. Margaret Mary Alacoque who received private revelations of the Sacred Heart in the late 1600s and was given a list of Twelve Promises from Jesus to those who remain devoted to His Sacred Heart.
