Luca DeGrossi is a Principal at Pioneer Communities, a full-service commercial real estate investment firm focusing on the acquisition and management of manufactured housing communities, self-storage, and multifamily properties nationwide. In addition to acquisitions and investments, Luca owns and operates a real estate digital marketing firm called @RealEstate (@RealEstate on Instagram).

Born and raised in Italy, Luca started his career as an analyst at RPM Development where he oversaw a $1B portfolio of affordable housing assets in NJ, and then transitioned to HKS Capital Partners in Manhattan, a debt, equity, and structured finance shop sourcing and executing in excess of $15B in commercial transactions. Headquartered in New York City, Luca and his partner, Nick Hakim, co-founded Pioneer with the intention of providing affordable solutions to American residents nationwide.
