Another banger of an episode with "The Ultimate Fighter" Pretty Ricky Turcios. Like most of our chats we are all over the place but having a blast all the way through. We discuss everything from the walk down to the octagon to the transformation that takes place before a fight. Make no mistake about it Ricky is a warrior through and through but is not your stereotypical tuff guy. He is very introspective and has a ton of self awareness which always makes for awesome podcast sessions.
