Taking you back to 2/21/2012 - This time around we feature a highly accomplished pitmaster, sauce maker and co-packer…from Wauchula, FL…Matt Barber of Hot Wachulas! This was Matt’s first time appearing on the show…he went on to appear a number of times after this…for a good portion of time, he was dominant in the FBA circuit and also did quite well in the KCBS events that he traveled to. As I mentioned a few moments ago, Matt also runs a very successful co-packing business…and he is especially helpful to the folks that are looking to get into this business…he doesn’t require those huge initial orders that many other companies do.
