Taking you back to 11/3/2015 - Taking a break from the American Royal lead up from the past few weeks, today we enjoy a visit from BBQCS Guest Hall of Fame'er, Ray Lampe (Dr. BBQ). In this segment we were talking about a book he was writing from Big Green Egg. It was something that had never happened during his 10+ year relationship with them (at the time). We also answered some "Ask Dr. BBQ" questions as well since Ray was doing a monthly guest segment at that point in the show's life.
