9:14pm - Remember back in September when there was a small (huge) scoring error at the biggest BBQ event KCBS sanctions? Yeah, me either...however, my first guest tonight remembers it very well, because, he thought he had won the whole thing initially, and In the end, was dropped to 2nd place. David Ellis from Machete Boys BBQ joins me for the first time to briefly talk about that event, but more importantly, what he has been doing since that time (behind the scenes) to help make sure this doesn't happen again to any other team in the future.

9:35pm - After David, I will be joined by show friend and KCBS board hopeful, David Qualls from the American Dream BBQ Team. This is not Dave's first go-around on the board. He had served in the not to distant past and is ready to give it another go again should he garner enough votes. Dave will talk about what he hopes to fix, how to help guide the board in the best way and how he hopes to help the current CEO be a more efficient and effective executive.
