We often make things much harder in our heads than what they really are, which leads to procrastination, which ultimately ends up in failure to launch at all. We may know that our current habits and lifestyle choices aren't doing us much good, but if it feels too overwhelming to start shifting, making that first move may never happen. Today, I break it down for you - 5 simple things that you can start doing now for no cost (or very little) and easy effort - to reduce your risk of blood sugar related illness.
