Laura O'Brien joined Alan's Elevate course in February 2021. While many people were procrastinating during lockdown, and gaining weight, Laura was doing the opposite. She had hit a point of rock bottom with her weight. Her confidence was at it's lowest point, her energy levels were zero and she had finally had enough. 5 months later, everything has changed.
