Happy Yule Season and Happy Winter Solstice to you all. Which by the time you hear this, it will probably be the day after I am hoping! I decided to do a quick podcast here about Boundaries. Both the "muggle" and the spiritual kind. Tis the season for butting up on energy that you would rather not, sometimes it’s not so bad - other times it’s hell. There is a lot of energy moving around at the end of the year, and a lot of internal work is encouraged at this time.
