QR I and II are strange beasts, having only been released in Japan and ending up lost to the annals of history as Quiet Riot's years of success wouldn't come until the early 1980s after phenom guitarist Randy Rhoads had left to join Ozzy Osbourne's solo band and was replaced by another shredder named Carlos Cavazo.
