SIBO is a framework, a perspective, a piece of the puzzle in many cases of gastrointestinal disorders that many proactive and health-savvy patients know quite a bit about. From the integrative clinician's perspective, it sounds very 'science-y', has some clear-cut borders, guidelines etc. for assessment and testing and outcomes, and it sounds (maybe a little overly) simple and clear in these respects.
But is it a case of "much ado about .... SIBO"?
