Sandra Uwantege Hart is the Co-Founder & CEO of Emerging Impact. With 10+ years of experience in the international humanitarian sector, she is an award-winning blockchain for social impact innovator. She has created the UnBlocked Cash Project which is a live blockchain use case solution that enables faster, inexpensive and more transparent financial aid for relief efforts.
Sandra lead this project at Oxfam, reaching 35,000 people in 2020 and scaling across the Pacific region and beyond. It won the EU Horizon 2020 Blockchain for Social Good Award. She is also a panel expert at, EU Blockchain Observatory Forum. She provides expert advice on how the Forum can strengthen the EU Blockchain community, convey relevant information and create new synergies.
