On this weeks episode of the Team Soul Podcast, we sit down and recap our regionals experience. Danny and Luis recall their experiences in Brazil for the Latin America Regional and what dealing with the challenges presented by the trucking strike was like and we talk about Team Soul's showing at the Atlantic Regional, where we had two teams (Team Soul, CrossFit Soul Miami) and two individual athletes (Jordan Christie & Laura Gonzalez-Marin) compete. Team Soul Training will have Brenda Castro (Latin America Champion) and Team Soul (Atlantic Regional Champions) compete at the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin later this summer.
